My goal is to make every guest stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of my vacation homes have been carefully designed and furnished with guests in mind. I strive to incorporate a wide range of amenities that will make my guests feel right at home - while away from home.
The Vacation Sanctuary Guarantee
All Vacation Sanctuary homes have certain things common.
- Thoughtfully designed and furnished accommodations that will make guests feel right at home
- Every bed features the most comfortable memory foam mattresses and optional/additional memory foam topper for the best night sleep
- A full kitchen for all your cooking needs, and standard kitchen items such as coffee pot, toaster, crockpot, waffle maker, pots, pans, cookware, and bakeware. All properties also include a dishwasher to make after meal clean up quick and easy.
- Every Vacation Sanctuary home is situated on a minimum of a 1/2 acre property to give guests some space to enjoy the outdoors.
- From the lakes of northern Minnesota, to the Mopan River valley of Belize, Central America - All Vacation Sanctuary homes are water front.

Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of booking.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 90 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of $500 is held on 0 day(s) before arrival and voided on 1 day(s) after departure
